La\u00a0certification en Focusing est offerte au Qu\u00e9bec<\/h1>\n

\"L'InstitutOn offre la certification en Focusing en fran\u00e7ais au Qu\u00e9bec. Ainsi, nous diffusons la connaissance et la pratique du Focusing dans la francophonie. Nous souhaitons \u00eatre en conformit\u00e9 avec l\u2019\u00e9nonc\u00e9 de vision<\/a> publi\u00e9 le 16 novembre 2006 par l\u2019Institut international de Focusing.<\/a> Il y a de nombreux buts \u00e0 atteindre dans la diffusion du Focusing. Selon la vision de l\u2019Institut de Focusing, les coordonnateurs peuvent construire leur programme et d\u00e9finir leurs propres objectifs. Les coordonnateurs offrent la certification selon leurs programmes. Ensuite, l\u2019Institut accueille parmi ses membres toutes les personnes recommand\u00e9es par les coordonnateurs. Donc, au Qu\u00e9bec comme ailleurs dans le monde, tous sont membres reconnus internationalement.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Libert\u00e9 et diversit\u00e9, des valeurs inh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 la pratique du Focusing<\/h2>\n

Les valeurs de libert\u00e9 et de diversit\u00e9 sont inh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 la pratique du Focusing et \u00e0 la philosophie de l’implicite. <\/a>\u00a0L’Institut international de Focusing<\/a> pr\u00e9conise cette diversit\u00e9. Ainsi, chacun peut d\u00e9couvrir un coordonnateur qui correspond \u00e0 ses valeurs, \u00e0 sa personnalit\u00e9 et \u00e0 son style d\u2019apprentissage. En juin 2016, 210 coordonnateurs offraient un cheminement vers la certification en Focusing. Nous constatons que les chemins sont diff\u00e9rents les uns des autres. Pour cette raison, l’Institut de Focusing recommande aux personnes qui souhaitent \u00eatre certifi\u00e9es en Focusing d’\u00e9tudier avec plus d’un formateur. On sugg\u00e8re, sur le site de l’institut, d’explorer diff\u00e9rentes \u00ab\u00e9coles\u00bb: \u00abLorsque vous vous demandez avec quel coordonnateur vous allez travailler, demandez-leur quel est leur approche et demandez-leur en quoi leur approche diff\u00e8re des autres. Parlez au moins \u00e0 deux coordonnateurs afin d\u2019en trouver un dont le style convient au besoin que vous ressentez et dont l\u2019approche correspond \u00e0 vos attentes\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Quels sont les essentiels du Focusing?<\/h2>\n

Peu importe le chemin d\u2019acc\u00e8s ou la voie emprunt\u00e9e, on retrouve toujours deux ancrages essentiels dans la pratique du Focusing. Le premier ancrage, celui de la pratique ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nologique d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9riorit\u00e9, passe par l\u2019acc\u00e8s au sens corporel. Le deuxi\u00e8me ancrage, celui de l\u2019approche humaniste, se manifeste par l\u2019attitude bienveillante envers soi, envers l\u2019autre et envers ce qui est ressenti.   • La certification en Focusing requiert d’abord une l’int\u00e9gration personnelle du processus de Focusing. Nous consid\u00e9rons la ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019approche \u00e0 des fins de d\u00e9veloppement personnel comme \u00e9tant essentielle.<\/li>\n
  • Bien qu\u2019elle comporte l’apprentissage de notions philosophiques et une orientation de type humaniste en psychologie, la certification en Focusing, n\u2019est pas une formation de type universitaire. Pour \u00eatre certifi\u00e9, il faut d\u2019abord avoir int\u00e9gr\u00e9 visc\u00e9ralement l\u2019approche exp\u00e9rientielle et le vivant de la relation \u00e0 soi et \u00e0 l\u2019autre.<\/li>\n
